Our Mission
APCI Foundation was created to bridge the gap between those who have the means to help and those who need it most. We act as an independent, neutral intermediary — carefully reviewing applications, matching them with the right donors or funding programmes, and guiding applicants through the process with care.
We work with individuals facing personal hardship, businesses in financial distress, and associations with projects that deserve support. In every case, our role is the same: to make sure that help reaches those who truly need it, in the most impactful and dignified way possible.
We never charge applicants any fee. We never will.
Founded in 2010
Since its founding, APCI Foundation has been committed to one principle above all others: that financial hardship should not be a source of shame, and that every person deserves to be treated with dignity when they ask for help.

Confidentiality
Your personal information and situation are handled with the strictest discretion and never shared beyond what is strictly necessary to process your application.
Governance
APCI Foundation operates as a SARL under French law, with a clear mandate to act as an impartial intermediary between donors and beneficiaries. Our governance ensures that all decisions regarding application review and fund allocation are made independently, following documented procedures that prioritise fairness and impact.
We do not hold donor funds ourselves. Our role is to identify eligible applicants, match them with appropriate donor partners, and facilitate the support process. Full details of our legal structure are available in our Legal Notice.
