We will never ask you to pay a registration fee, an administration fee, a processing fee, or any other charge at any stage of the process. If you receive any request for payment claiming to be from us, please report it immediately.

Our team reviews applications within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement email with your reference number as soon as your application is submitted. We will contact you by email with our decision or any questions we have.

No documents are required when you first submit your application. If supporting documents become necessary during the review, we will ask for them by email and tell you exactly what we need, why, and by when. We will never ask for documents in an unsolicited phone call.
