How It Works
A clear, free, and confidential process — from application to support.
Step 1. Submit your application
Fill in our online application form at your own pace. The form is divided into four short sections: your applicant type, your contact details, your situation, and the support you are requesting. You do not need to upload any document at this stage — just describe your situation in your own words.
The form is available 24/7 and works on any device. Once submitted, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement email with your unique reference number.
Step 2. We review your application
Our team reviews every application carefully and individually. We assess eligibility based on the nature and urgency of the situation, the type of support requested, and the availability of matching donors or funding programmes.
This process typically takes 5 to 10 business days. We do not use automated scoring — every application is read by a human.
If we need clarification, we will contact you by email at the address you provided. We will never call you without prior arrangement, and we will never ask you to pay anything.
Step 3. We match and contact you
If your application is eligible, we identify the most appropriate donor or funding programme for your situation and reach out to you by email. This email will explain the proposed support, any conditions that apply, and the next steps.
It is at this stage — and only at this stage — that we may ask you to provide supporting documents. We will tell you clearly which documents we need, why, and by when.
Step 4. Support is delivered
Once all conditions are met, the donor or foundation disburses the support directly according to the agreed terms. APCI Foundation coordinates the process and remains your point of contact throughout.
The form of support depends on your situation and the available donors: it may be a financial donation, project funding, material assistance, or guidance and skills-based support.
Transparency Commitment
APCI Foundation will never ask you for any payment at any stage of this process — not to submit, not to be reviewed, not to receive support. Any request for payment is fraudulent. Learn how to protect yourself →
